Nancy K. Boehm, NACD.DC®
Nancy Boehm is a corporate director and former senior financial-services executive with extensive experience overseeing and leading transformation, enterprise risk and complex change in regulated and international organizations.
Her career spans investment banking, commercial banking, fiduciary businesses and asset management. She has served as Global Chief Information Officer of Perella Weinberg Partners and held senior operating and technology leadership roles at CIT Bank and Citigroup.
Her experience includes major integrations, technology and operating-model transformation, regulatory change, enterprise and operational risk, resilience, governance and significant cost transformation.
As a corporate director, Nancy brings an enterprise perspective to strategy, risk, technology, execution and governance. She currently serves on corporate and nonprofit boards and chairs a board Risk Committee. She is NACD Directorship Certified®.
